This notice describes how LTC (Liyun Tech Core, also referred to as we, us or our) processes personal information obtained through liyuntechcore.com. It does not extend to the websites, products, services or recruitment activities of our portfolio companies, which may publish separate privacy notices.

As is common for websites, our hosting and security partners may handle technical data, including IP addresses, device and browser details, requested pages, referring URLs, timestamps and basic diagnostic records. We also process IP addresses temporarily to apply rate limits to website interactions.

When you submit a form or email us, we receive the details you decide to provide. These may include your name, email address, company and the content of your message.

When you send a message, our server passes your message, selected images and the conversation history included in the request to AI to generate a reply. Use is optional; you can contact us by email instead.

Our server does not retain messages, images or replies after processing a request. We configure AI requests without response storage, caching or conversation payload logging. We do not retain or reuse conversation content for human review or model training.

Drafts, selected images and conversation history remain in the current page’s browser memory, including when you close the assistant panel. Closing the panel does not clear them. Reset the conversation or reload or leave the page to clear that in-memory state.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification data, including your IP address, to check human use and protect the service. Our server derives a pseudonymous identifier from your IP address or network to enforce abuse limits; that identifier also accompanies AI requests as operational metadata. Pseudonymous identifiers are not anonymous data.

Abuse counters have minute or day expiry windows. Expired database records are removed during later requests, so expiry does not guarantee deletion at the end of that window. We do not store conversation content in these counters.

We may use anonymous aggregate usage statistics, such as total requests and success or error counts, to improve capacity, reliability and the assistant’s usability. These improvement statistics exclude messages, images, replies and visitor identifiers, including the pseudonymous abuse identifier. This does not authorize reviewing or reusing conversations to improve or train models.

We process personal information to deliver newsletters you ask for, answer questions, keep the website secure and reliable, reduce spam and misuse, and meet applicable legal and regulatory duties. We do not sell personal information gathered through this website.

We work with providers for hosting, security, analytics or diagnostics when enabled, email delivery and supporting operations. They may process data in Canada, the United States or other countries in which they operate. Information handled abroad may be governed by the laws of those countries.
